La Junta KOA
Straddling the Santa Fe Trail, this High Plains campground lies just minutes from Bent's Old Fort National Historic Site. Costumed interpreters welcome you to the reconstructed adobe-walled trading post, once a gathering place for adventurers, explorers and Arapaho warriors. This KOA features Wild West souvenirs and Christmas collectibles from around the world at the campground store. Check out the off-road bike trail or cool off in the swimming pool. Directions West of La Junta on US 50 between mile markers 376 and 377.
